All projects are subject to these terms & conditions.

• A 50% deposit is required before any work will commence on any project.
• The balance is payable on completion of the project.
• Payments are to be made by Electronic Fund Transfer (Internet payment) or direct deposit.
• All pictures & logos must be supplied to us within 3 days of quotation acceptance.
• Please ensure that there are no copyright infringements on material as you will be accountable for this.
• In the event of contract termination, a 10% damages fee will be payable.
• Most correspondence will be done by e-mail.
• Hosting fees may change at host's discretion without notice.
• Quotations are valid for 30 days.
